While walking we discuss your life story and how important things have developed in your life.
We often have a tendency to color our life story negatively after an event.
Together we look for the different perspectives we can find in your story.
Your identity is partly formed by your memory and your story about your life thus acquires its meaning.
By telling your story in an environment of peace and space, new insights can arise!
Without direct eyecontact but looking at and enjoying nature while talking is a good way to let your mind wander about topics that occupy your mind.
